Acer ICONIA/W510 Windows 8.1. Updated Windows 8.1, then when the system rebooted, password was inserted. Immediately after that, the tablet went directly into shutdown. The tablet will not allow me to go beyond the shutdown phase. Unable to make any corrections, since I cannot enter the OS to do so.
I'm getting nowhere with this. I managed to restore to factory settings but google are asking me to log in with a google account previously synced to the device. I'm logging in with my son's google account details but it won't verify it. The tablet was bought reconditioned back in July.
3. Backup and restore work files Files contain data that lie at the heart of the business, and they need to be backed regularly to prevent any potential loss from cyberattacks. To do this strategically, restore systems using the most recent clean backup and also remind employees to develop the habit of checking file backups.

Step 3: Clone the original SSD to the new SSD. Like I said before; I used Paragon Disk Manager Suite to clone the drives. The process is straight forward: Connect the 128GB MyDigitalSSD to the mSATA to USB adapter and plug the USB connector in your Acer Iconia W500. Boot from the Paragon Disk Manager Suite CD.
